🚚 Loot Delivery (Shipping Policy)
When you lock in your order, our system starts spawning your items immediately. Because we source epic gear from global servers to get you the best stats for your gold, your loot might have to cross a few zones to reach your inventory.

Spawn Time (Processing): It takes our warehouse team 1 to 3 business days to pack your gear and prepare it for dispatch.

Travel Time (Shipping): Depending on your server region, delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days. Expect a slightly higher "ping" (transit time) during major holiday events.

Quest Tracking: Once your loot is on the move, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can check your quest log anytime to see exactly where your drop is on the world map.
🔄 Respawns & Refunds (Return Policy)
Sometimes a drop doesn’t fit your build, or you encounter a rare glitch. Don't sweat it—we offer a 30-day respawn timer starting from the day your loot is marked as delivered.

RNG Protection (Defective Gear): If your item arrives broken, glitched, or dead on arrival, contact the admins immediately. We’ll arrange a free replacement drop or a full refund, no grinding required.

Trade-Ins (Standard Returns): Did you equip the wrong item or just change your mind? You can return it for a refund, but it must have zero battle damage. The gear needs to be completely unused and in its original packaging. (Note: You will need to cover the fast-travel shipping fee for standard returns).

Getting Your Gold Back: Once we receive and inspect your returned loot, your refund will be processed, and the credits will hit your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
